A design methodology for modular processes orchestration

Industry 4.0 is characterized by increased flexibility of production processes, a level customization, automation, smart manufacturing execution, and overall optimized processes. Despite global competition, differentiation strategy applied manufacturers to remain competitive. By incorporating in the process their products, enterprises can adapt faster demands. Enterprises need cost-effective, intuitive solutions benefit from involving minimal efforts integration costs. This study presents new approach increasing operations including robot trajectory, processing, quality control. The results are tested an industrial platform installed laboratory. Our transform rigid system into agile system. For this, we break down reorganize it programming core modules while maintaining existing control structure but upgrading its programmable function Manufacturing Execution System Layer. Thus, manager use developed connected flows orchestrate plan short time compared with traditional approach.
